Submit Partial Merchant Application

This method submits a pre-generated application to the merchant. Any data submitted in the custom fields will populate in the custom fields on the merchant application. If pre-generated notifications are setup, the notification sends to the selected user(s) upon API submission. Use the Template method to get the proper submission template for your cobrand.
