Backoffice is your operational home base with no coding required. Log in to your tenant to monitor transactions, manage chargebacks, and track funding across your portfolio. Your merchants get a portal of their own, where they can log in to view their own transaction activity. It's the fastest way to keep an eye on your payments operation from day one.

What you can do in the portal:

• Search and review transactions across your portfolio
• Manage chargebacks as they come in
• See funding and deposit detail
• Look up merchant details, including account and routing information on file
• Give merchants self-service visibility through the Submerchant Portal

Backoffice is view-only for Launchpay clients. If you later choose to operate as a registered PayFac on Payops, the same platform lets you take actions like adjustments and funding instructions.
